| Load Raw and Terrain Matrix data directly. Paint your own terrain using a greyscale image in Paint Shop Pro, or use the 3DEM tool to import real-world SDTS or DEM data. 3DEM can be used to merge two elevation data sets, and it can output the Terrain Matrix data for use with Architect. Your terrain will be placed in the world in it's actual location, matching real-world features. | ![]() greyscale terrain image in PSP ![]() SDTS data imported with 3DEM |
View the Terrain in Architect in 3D! It is easy to create scenery when you can SEE your design environment. FS Architect 2002 excels here, showing the terrain mesh in 3D! | ![]() |
Modify and Flatten the Terrain in Architect No flatten polygons here! Just click to select the terrain grid posts, and enter a new elevation value. An altitude scale factor can also be applied. Please check out the 3DEM tool -- it's a great tool for combining SDTS elevation data sets, and exporting the right area for use with Architect. Click here for the 3DEM home page.
